Do you offer a product warranty?

All products sold by BebeRoad are covered under 1 year warranty from receipt date.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order can be changed or canceled within three hours of the order time. Please e-mail us or chat online to make changes to your order. If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, BebeRoad will charge a fee equal to 10% of the order value to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees. If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, BebeRoad will charge a redirect fee of $20 per package.

Will you send an order confirmation via E-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. An additional e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?

California requires us to collect sales tax. The appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to any order placed in California.

How can I make change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact or Chat on line. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at

Can you ship to an APO address or P.O Box?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products. We apologize for the inconvenience.
