Exchange & Return Policy
How do I exchange a purchase for different sizes or colors?
Your exchange must be processed as a return and reorder. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to initiate the return and reorder process. If the items get used, however, we are not able to process the exchange and refund.
Can I return my order?
Of course yes. However, We are not able to accept blind returns. You must e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before mailing your returns.
If not due to product quality problems caused by the return, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. You can send the originally purchased products to us at 3230 Cornerstone Dr, Eastvale, CA 91752 by post.
Please hang on to the box if you are still not making your final decision as all returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.
All product tags and labels must remain attached.
All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will get your refund in 2 to 3 business days once we receive your parcel and the items inside meets the requirements in the exchange & return policy stated above. Thank you very much for your understanding!
Who will be responsible for exchange order postage?
If you would like to exchange a purchase for different sizes or colors, you will be responsible for the postage accrued during the process.
If we send you the wrong item, we will be responsible for the postage.
Do you offer price adjustments?

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch ASAP. You will be able to cancel an order during the processing stage by emailing us at email@example.com.
If you have already received a tracking number, your order has shipped and it is too late to cancel. You may still return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
