Do you offer a product warranty?

All products sold by BebeRoad are covered under a 1 year warranty from receipt date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WILL YOU SEND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. An additional e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped. 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

California requires us to collect sales tax. The appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to any order placed in California.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact beberoad2@buffalobaby.hk or Chat on line. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at beberoad2@buffalobaby.hk.

 

CAN YOU SHIP TO AN APO ADDRESS?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.

ABOUT R2 STROLLER

 

1. Is beberoad R2 stroller compatible with car seat?

Yes. It is compatible with following car seats. But you need to purchase the patent car-seat adapter separately. 

Maxi-Cosi mico AP

Maxi-Cosi Pebble

Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus 

Cybex Aton Q

Cybex Cloud Q 

Other car seats that has same plug with Maxi-Cosi and Cybex may also compatible with R2.

 

2. Is the R2 stroller can use for new born baby?

Yes, R2 lightweight stroller can apply to 0 - 36months or 45lbs baby, true newborn lightweight stroller. there is a mesh footwall under the seat, you can pull it out to attach on the front bar when using for 0-3 months babies. 

 

3. What is the Max. capacity?

 45lbs (20kgs) 

 

4. Is the backrest recline adjustable?

Yes.

 

5. Can it fit with plane cabinet?

Yes. But some airlines may have different requirements for hand luggage, please check it when buying ticket. the size of folded R2 is 18.1 x 9.2 x 20.6inch ( 46 x 23 x 52cm, without the front bar and rear wheels) 

 

6. Can use it as a jogging stroller?

Not recommend as the wheels are not big enough. 

 

7. Are the wheels with suspension?

Yes, all wheels with suspension. 

 

8. Are the canopy water proof?

Yes! 

 

9. Are the canopy with anti-UV function?

Yes! it has anti-UV 50+. 

 

10. Are the fabrics on the stroller washable?

Yes, you can even wash it directly without taking off the fabric parts from the chassis. 

 

11. Are the wheels removable without tool?

Only the rear wheels are removable without tool, need tool if need to remove the front wheels. 

 

12. What the certification it meets?

It passed the F833-15 and CPSC tests for US and EN1888 for Europe.
