We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return to make sure you’ve found the right fit for your family, depending on a few conditions:
  • Your return request (including your full name, email, and Order Number) must be emailed to our team at support@beberoadbaby.com within 30 days from the date your product was delivered.
  • Return orders  are subject to shipping and/or restocking fees.
  • Please hang on to the box if you are still making your final decision as all returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.
  • All product tags and labels must remain attached.
  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Your 30-day trial period begins the day you receive your original order. If you make an exchange within that period, the trial period will not be extended
We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return and our team has confirmed it meets the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if a returned product fails to meet these criteria.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch ASAP. You will be able to cancel an order during the processing stage by emailing us at support@beberoadbaby.com.

If you have already received a tracking number, your order has shipped and it is too late to cancel. You may still return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
