Do you offer a product warranty?

All products sold by BebeRoad are covered under a 1 year warranty from receipt date.

How can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of the order time.
Please e-mail us or chat online to make changes to your order.
If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, BebeRoad will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value and with Min.US$15.00 to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, Beberoad will charge a redirect fee of $20 per package.
Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit.
We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
An additional e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?

Do you charge sales tax?
California requires us to collect sales tax. The appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to any order placed in California.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
If you have not received tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at beberoad@buffalobaby.hk.
Can you ship to an APO address?
At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you ship to A.P.O box?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.
