Q: Is beberoad R2 stroller compatible with car seat?
A: Yes. It is compatible with following car seats. But you need to purchase the patent car-seat adapter separately.

Other car seats that has same plug with Maxi-Cosi and Cybex may also compatible with R2.

Q: Is the R2 stroller can use for new born baby?
A: Yes, R2 lightweight stroller can apply to 0 - 36months or 45lbs baby, true newborn lightweight stroller. there is a mesh footwall under the seat, you can pull it out to attach on the front bar when using for 0-3 months babies.
Q: What is the Max. capacity?
A: 45lbs (20kgs)
Q: Is the backrest recline adjustable?
Q: Can it fit with plane cabinet?
A: Yes. But some airlines may have different requirements for hand luggage, please check it when buying ticket. the size of folded R2 is 18.1 x 9.2 x 20.6inch ( 46 x 23 x 52cm, without the front bar and rear wheels)

A: Not recommend as the wheels are not big enough.

A: Only the rear wheels are removable without tool, need tool if need to remove the front wheels.

We accept returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, Beberoad only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the attached product tags and original packaging.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of the order time.
Please e-mail us to make changes to your order.
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours after the order time, Beberoad will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value and with Min.US$10.00 to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless if defective or wrong.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG / NOT AS DESCRIBED PRODUCTS
All products sold by Beberoad are covered under 1 year warranty. If your item is: defective / wrong / not as described or becomes damaged during the warranty period, please contact us directly (email@example.com). Solution: We replace the complete product or some new parts (If it can be repaired without need special tooling from customer)! We are always happy to connect you and help you resolve the problem.
If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. with your cooperation and photos of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
If your product inside the box is damaged upon receipt, please e-mail us with photos of the damaged product.
In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, you will be charged 10% of the item price (Min.US$10.00) to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Beberoad.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.
If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and refund in the amount of the items and applicable taxes.
Please note that a restocking fee of 30% of the item value will be deducted from your refund if the item is not returned in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift credit notification.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
