Q:Is this compatible with my stroller?
A: It comply with most of strollers in market, but not all strollers. This glider board can work with the strollers which maximum wide is 22 inches and the maximum perimeter of rear leg is 3.9 inches.

Q:Is this compatible with the contours curve double stroller?
A: The glider board is not compatible with the contours curve double stroller.
Q:How can I remove the round black piece where the seat pole goes? It is not coming out.
A:You can find the switch at the bottom.
Q:Given the only piece that attaches to the stroller is the rubber strip, how durable is it?
A:There is one piece solid connector for each side and connect with the aluminum tube. It is enough durable for normal use ( The weight of the kid is better under 45lbs).
Q:Can you fold your stroller with this board on?
A: No, you need to remove it before you fold your stroller.
Q:Can this be used without the seat as well?
A:Yes. The seat is dismountable design. It can work without the seat as well.
The weight is nearly 4 pounds just only the board, very convenience.

We accept returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, Beberoad only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the attached product tags and original packaging.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of the order time.
Please e-mail us to make changes to your order.
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours after the order time, Beberoad will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value and with Min.US$10.00 to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless if defective or wrong.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG / NOT AS DESCRIBED PRODUCTS
All products sold by Beberoad are covered under 1 year warranty. If your item is: defective / wrong / not as described or becomes damaged during the warranty period, please contact us directly (email@example.com). Solution: We replace the complete product or some new parts (If it can be repaired without need special tooling from customer)! We are always happy to connect you and help you resolve the problem.
If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. with your cooperation and photos of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
If your product inside the box is damaged upon receipt, please e-mail us with photos of the damaged product.
In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, you will be charged 10% of the item price (Min.US$10.00) to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Beberoad.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.
If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and refund in the amount of the items and applicable taxes.
Please note that a restocking fee of 30% of the item value will be deducted from your refund if the item is not returned in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift credit notification.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
